Agree - definitely coming soon. My feeling is rejection slightly more likely than approval currently given the amount of back and forth with HC and outstanding questions over the data; I have it at 60/40

Id have to disagree with you. The reason being is because should the data been questionable to the extent of rejection then we would have seen that already. You almost need to look at the longer wait as a good thing when it comes to decisions being made and I will explain why. Think of it like a criminal case and jury having to come up with a verdict. If you ask any defence lawyer, they will tell

I think that's a fair post, and I hope you're correct. My fear has always been the way much of the data has been communicated publicly (ie to us) has been poor. That has led to serious misunderstandings over what MRI Global 'validated' (as one example). If the dossier submitted to HC was similarly patchy, that represents a problem. I still believe rejection is a real possibility

Ya I agree Mikey - they've continuously done a poor job communicating all messages/data. Mistakes in their reports/investor updates are unacceptable - proof reading is taught in elementary school....sad
