Thoughts on PP

SONA has liabilities of $3,859,913 as per their July 31, 2020 financial statement https://sonanano.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/2020-Jul-31-Sona-Nanotech-Inc.-Fin-Stat.pdf
This is perhaps one of the reasons for a PP.

Do you think any of the pp money will be used to defend the company in court? A retainer would probably be a minimum US $500-750,000.00.

It will take years to get to court and the company share price will be well over $100 by the time it even sees the light of day. the class action is in the states and would only impact the players on the US exchange.   it will get thrown out, just like all of Trumps claims...
