I dont think anyone read the news release carefully. Its only CE approval. So yes you can sell the product to Europe, however, which countries will allow for the use of the product without EMA approval. Theres a very long road ahead, do your DD carefully, right now its a big Pump and Dump. Dont forget the Class Action on Sona also. Not a bright future ahead.

GreenBull, This is therefore misleading? December 31, 2020 – Halifax, Canada – Sona Nanotech Inc. Excellent response Lagrenouille! - careful reading and DD indicates last Thursday's NR has tremendous potential pending nailing down EU sales contracts - with the current pandemic situation evolving & spiralling out of control this could get really interesting real fast for Sona & real investors ....glta

Its not misleading, CE is good to have, you need it to sell in Europe, but without EMA Approval, I dont understand why everyone is thinking sales are happening tomorrow. Still a long ways to go. Sona has mislead investors before, just be careful and do your homework. This company ruined a lot of people before.

EMA is completey different. It pertains to DRUGS, not medical devices. Your post makes no sense and doesn't apply to Sona. They got the CE marker which is authorization to sell their medical device now.

What we don't do Not all aspects of medicine regulation in the EU fall under the remit of the Agency. EMA does not: evaluate the initial marketing authorisation application of all medicines in the EU. The majority of medicines available in the EU are authorised at national level. For more information on medicine authorisation routes in the EU, see Authorisation of medicines ...more
