And, I never will. I believe that the company is doing everything they can to get things moving and to get results for their investors and their properties. I simply look at the macro picture instead of the micro. All stocks go through stages with regards to momentum and sentiment, regardless of what the latest news is or management does. Investing is 90% emotions, and that is why some stocks should move up on great news and do not, while others race to the sky at huge valuations even though their fundamentals are terrible. Much of the market operates only on "emotional traders". I simply view emotional traders as not being as interested in SMPT right now, vs. this summer. That may change at anytime, but right now, that is how I see it.

Spearmint preys on ignorance. The company relies on them to invest. Most understand that it's a life style, closeology promotion crew. The mission is to pump. And then sell. I'm here to inform prospective investors of the facts as I see them.

I get my jollies exposing pump and dump operations designed to lure in naive investors, take their money and translate it into Management fees and Director Fees and baseless work on worthless projects just to keep the hype and promotion going. Have a look at the history of this company and its siblings CRUZ and SIE. See if anyhting jumps out at you.

I tend to agree with luv, there is just too much hate here, there is obviously an agenda, normal folks wouldn't really care at all unless there is motive which there obviously is, so how much was it guys ???? Or can we at least get the truth if you want us to not invest ??
