Insiders should be purchasing on the open market if this is such a bargain and the outlook is positive. That woukld give the investors some confidence.

Now that's a good point. Insodees/owners should be buying on the open market. A couple million shares each. That would bolster the stock price and demonstrate to the market just how confident they are in their assets. Otherwise this is going to sink under 0.05 soon.
