Not one share purchased using their personal funds. Clear sign of a scam outfit. They need to issue news releases to move the share price higher to cash in those 5 cent options.

BINGO....after several months of why I was holding SPMT...funken PETER nailed it!!! Why do you think that I was going to sell if mgmt had options @ .05????? Funken obviously, it is in their best interest to move the share price above .05 before they can make some $$$...as they make money...so, will LUV HORSES!!! Luv Horses has known that this company operates in the "grey" zone for a long time. Scams aren't a problem for horses. Obviously he or she thinks its perfectly acceptable to invest in pump and dumps and scams. Sort of like horse charity. Here is some propoganda.
