I reported SPMT to the BCSC.

I did so after my conversation with management in the summer. I do not own shares. I am not shorting CRUZ, SIE or SPMT. 

I suspect others have reported this stock as well. Regulators are slow to act. Perhaps there is nothing beyond grey area legal stuff to act on. Surely it's unethical, but is it onside of the law? 

Perhaps management will one day make a mistake and pay the price. And be on the wrong side.

For the record. Most of my money is tied up in VGLD, KNT and GGD.  And I have substantive positions in CCW, DNG and WHN.  Oh, and money in ARK.  I will never buy shares in SPMT and its affiliates.  I like my popcorn though.
