Promotion

The company is a pump & dump slush fund for insiders. The rest of the shareholders become bag holders. Rollback & repeat. The "spin-out" is BS. There is over a dozen companies saying the same thing. Jimmy will say what ever he needs to to find a new sucker to buy in.

Hell, I was told Jimmy will sit on the phone in the boiler room and make fake calls  to con his own co-workers into thinking he's doing something other than standing at the shredder. The guy is as fake as Howe St can create. WEASEL.
