I don't know why insiders would be selling here ?  My own speculation leads me to believe that: - some of the OPTIONS they own expire around the 3rd week of each month (though I don't know this to be fact)...so they exercise and sell (but not sure why if pending news is good) - they need money (but it's weird that those who sell all need $ at the same time ?) - they are aware of

Your in over your head bud. 2 million is nothing but a slush fund for insiders. Very little of the money will see any real development of anything on their properties. The so-called "spin-out" will cost them a LOT of money, I doubt it will happen as it would put a big dent in their slush fund.
