Give me ONE good reason why would they let you know before hand, specially for PP? Why would any organization leak out its business secrets if they come across sudden need? PP is offered at $0.20 which is still $0.05 more than its current value, that means management knows that stock will go well beyond this offered value.

Totally uninformed post; they need to drill a whole lot more, B4 they even have an idea IF they CAN attempt a resource estimate.  The amount of work they have done to date, IS NOT sufficient for anything but prospecting.  It's ludicrous.
