Look at SPMT with a very critical eye. Understand what this company is and does. They spend disportionately on promotion and little on exploration. The company issues stock options every couple of months. Management has a poor reputation. 

 

As a statement of fact. I own no shares in SIE, CRUZ and SPMT. I have no short position and do not want your shares. I have reported these companies to the BCSC. I have spoken to a lawyer at the BCSC. Others have done the same. I can assure you this crew is being watched. 

I believe the presence of operators like this on the venture exchange are harmful to the reputation of the exchange. I am invested in many gold and silver companies on the venture exchange. I see lots of SPMT spam being peddled about on stock house, Reddit and elsewhere.

Companies being pumped can look attractive to those who don't understand the risks. They do harm to retail investors. It makes it harder to distinguish between a good investment and a bad one. And pump and dumps always end badly. They are illegal for a reason.

I can't wait. Regulators are coming for you SPMT pump boys. And you will be held to account. The days of all this pump and dump hot garbage are numbered. New enforcement rules are coming.
