I don't want to complicate 'things', what about this as a

'suggestion'. Would it behove SPMT to make an offer to consolidate Cruz/Sienna's Clayton Valley Properties with SPMT? To 'sweeten the pot' for any would-be suitors looking for a larger 'Land Package'. Or, even a 'step further', since they are all 'BUD's',[ie: "share the same office"], merge all 3 Companies,... reverse split,... (all at once), before the PM 'fireworks' really begin. Just askin'...

Did you miss the part where you were told all these companies are run by the same people and are all pump and dumps. Who would want all those garbage properties enough to pay for them when they can have them when SPMT drops them.
