Just tossing out the idea... what are the odds that Kalo tries to purchase SPR from sen to expand? What's everyone's thoughts on how that will impact SPR investors? I don't think it will work well in our favour.

How will this not work out well for us? If Kalo gains brand recognition and transcends the borders then all of a sudden $PR owns any sales in Canada/EU/Australlia/Isreal. I don't see how that is bad for Sprout. Heck even our share price is up 2 cents since the release (Thats almost 40%). There is a lot of good down the path, but less than 2 ...more

Keep tossing. October 24th - thats the deadline date for Sen to realize on his secured loan to SPR. Two more months to gauge consumer interest for Kalo. He stands to make a shttonne more from taking security and selling out the unproven tech outside of SPR. Substitute Sen for Toby Maquire in that case lol Note that there are $352M shares fully diluted for an FD mkt cap of $25M at ydays ...more

KAL/Hillview could not afford to purchase IB out right at the moment. They are just getting started after being grounded by covid delays that extended to their vegetable farms as well. They were actually giving KAL away in their new vegetable home delivery business. They do not have the bank roll to afford IB and gamble on this FDA/DEA uncertainty. Same goes for $PR, KAL/Hillview or Pepsi ...more

Perhaps, but I think the more likely situation is that Kalo ran that clip without any kind of formal permission. Like the Beastie Boys' Paul's Boutique album - sample like crazy and hope you don't get sued. Agree that KAL/HIllview is probably not in a position to pay what Sen should demand for IBS.
