No news? KAL started an add campaign on social media. People/Investors/companies are taking notice.  Volume is only 88k for $PR Canadian side. Someone wants to hit $0.105 to convert and buy that debt... hmm wonder who that could be? Looking ahead and reading between the lines, this is looking quite interesting! On a side note, not to be gloomy.  I wish HC would get it into gear.

The Kalo facebook campaign is nice to see, but there are so many layers between Kalo and Sproutly Canada that I doubt investors are making the connection - yet. The only thing that is going to significantly move SPR share price is Sproutly news.  And Health Canada continues to be the roadblock there.  Let's hope that everything is still on stand-by with Moosehead, and that when that

I would expect an NR confirming the supply agreement with MH and related details of the amended agreement.

Also, not to put the cart in front of the horse here (but that's what we do best), the same delays that are hindering the progress of the MH deal could also be holding up other SPR supply deals with additional partners that either share or have other copacker waiting on their license.

Precisely what I meant by reading between the lines and looking to the future of this US occurrence with IB. Despite what looks to be a delayed and complicated  roll out North of the boarder, this is slowly moving in the proper direction for APP as a whole. Yes, there are many layers between IB and $PR. However, they are related to some extent and above all the only public entry to APP

I remember when news broke of the MH partnership, that the formalization of the agreement was dependant on a number of signed documents that were still pending, with one of those being the Co-Packer agreement. It may very well be that's the case still, and what's holding up the formal announcement. Maybe MH doesn't want to be advertising that they're going to be selling cannabevs

A licence to produce Infuz20 and Bio oil is required and currently held by THR.  It is the processing of cannabis/hemp. The selling of THR would include the license/licensed facility.  The Scarborough facility does not require a license beacause they are only producing the reagents for the APP and actually processing cannabis/hemp.  Hence the revised plan of supplying reagents

If SPR does a sale/leaseback of the THR facility, then they still get access to THR's licenses - I think.

I am not familiar with the finer details of the other sale/lease back that took place with other LPs but it usually functions as rental property.  Not sure if you are familiar with the REIT investments that came out of the cannabis sector.  The agreement is basically a rental of complete facility with operating licenses. The licensing is key value, aside from property value, that allows
