$25k lol Sen and Constandis started receiving their CERB payments. Also looks like they're totally done with flower now. No biological assets. Not a surpise. Will start reviewing the docs more in detail and post anything of interest.

Crazy that SPR still has a mkt cap of $13mm when less than a month from now Sen can realize on his secured $1mm loan. If thats the case, whats a shell with no cash worth? Not $13mm!

Hilarious!. Even TGOD gets help raising money from Canaccord. I think you meant Dr. Sen's market cap wil be worth more than $13mm after he takes security. He's an opportunist. Used the Cdn capital mkts as a source of cash to fund US ops. Rolo was handed a silver platter but failed miserably. Blaim Health Canada, blame being locked up with Moosehead forever, blame no patents, etc as the problem. IMO, Pubco couldn't deliver under the watchful eye of Rolo, so now Sen is left with little options, one of which is to turtle and take it all back

  yes this is exactly what he did with his other company that first started experimenting with the app process.  did the same thing got funding from people etc then ranked the company. Made some fake bs companies with deals very similar to ibs is doing now.  just talk to anyone in the Canada cannabis industry they will laugh at Sproutly and say they don't have anything.
