Infusbiocare

Anyone know anything about this and how they are able to ship to Canada??

Has been Sen contemplating a merger between $PR and IB??

I am just speculating here but see for yourself. Shipping available to Canada... will $PR cut a slice of the pie by leasing rights to IB for skin care/topicals??

This leaves a lot to consider!

I got a few more things too, not going to spill the beans as I'm nibbling up shares tomorrow. I don't know why they haven't updated shareholders with info I got but lol its funny stuff. They truly have been manipulating this on purpose. CSE for a reason like god dam.

Wow Sum ! This is very interesting. The good doctor has been very busy indeed with IBS. Would be nice to get a glimmer of hope with Sproutly. I wonder if there's a Sproutly connection here. I must admit that this has been VERY frustrating to watch.

They have so much confidence in product, that they are already on sale.  Nevermind how poorly written the marketing is lol https://www.infusbiocare.com/shop-2/ Expanding into topicals simply proves there is still no market for drinks. It's also easier to make ridiculous unproven claims bc it is less regulated.  And lets not forget this warning ... only a matter of time before new ...more

You bring up something that's been on mny mind lately: if a merger between IBS and Spr might happen. This seems to make a lot of sense, but I would be very concerned that the costs of this would be done in the form of a reverse take over where Spr would absorb IBS (to facilitate the conversion to a publicly traded company). The cost would likely be financed with dilution *if* that is the path ...more

I cannot say much about a merger or reverse take over as some Naysayer has already needlessly commented.  However, I can confirm that these products are available to Canadians and shipping to Canada.  $PR holds the rights to all APP tech in Canada. Therefore, something has taken effect to some extent in order to allow the distribution of APP technologically advanced products to be sold ...more

lol you r tards wouldn't even known about this if I didn't post it. and I have a few other things I know of. Truly funny the way Sen treats his shareholders.  there is more deals they just haven't announced them.  just plain funny when the bashers get all this info and shareholders are left in the dust. Holding each other's dongs wondering what happened.& ...more

Well I'm only mentioning the reverse take over approach, as this is something that (apprarently) is not uncommon for scenarios like Spr and IBS would be in. But hey, I'm long and averaging down every change I get, so whatever works.

Just to clarify, I was not referring to you as the Naysayer.  I was referring to one of the bashers that needlessly offered a comment only to spin some good news to negative outlook.  Reverse take over is a possibility and would perhaps make it easier and or more enticing to international companies like Pepsi. Dealing with one company whom holds all rights to all jurisdictions is much ...more

I suggest you read the prospectus about the rights/licensing as well as the "License and Use Agreement dated April 20, 2018. Or call mgmt. Im guessing there were revenue, production, permitting and other milestones that had to me met, so can you comfortably say that Sproutly has delivered on these milestones to retain the licensing.? You may also see this in the prospectus: - "The ...more
