They do not own the rights to the APP in the US.   They own it in Canada, EU, Isreal, Jamaica. Kalo is out in the US so is RiJuice, both utlizing APP.   I hope they come out with a similar edible in the US, but in Canada we are waiting the release of the Berry White gummy sku that was submitted for NNCP and we're waiting for the other shoe to drop.
