This is the reason you aren't a good leader!  Threats cause people reached out to me to get away from you.   I did not want to mutiny the board, but that was the only option to get away from the tyrannous regime that was imposing their will without remorse. I think you need some self reflection on what got you here and your expectations of the group members you alienated.
