Assets of CannaHive?

I haven't posted here in quite some time but still have a position. Where the heck did Sproutly get any funds to buy anything? They have been running on a wish and a prayer for some time now. Just curious.

No clue. The press release seemed quite vague. I'm guessing more dilution. Hard to run that equipment without any staff. Wasn't this supposed to be a beverage company?

Yes, I think they would be paid in shares, so more dilution.  But we just acquired a HUGE piece of the puzzle.  And when a copmany sells all of it's primary assets for shares of a company, I see a lot of validation for said company, and it's revolutionary technology.  So dilution = validation to me in this suituation

To me, paying for manufacturing equipment with equity seems like the more expensive way to acquire equipment in the long run. Debt would have been a better option. I wouldn't be surprised if Infusion lent Sproutly more capital to convert to shares. I'm puzzled by this company though. Why go through all this trouble to manufacture your own edibles lines when the primary value prop here is ...more

I don't think they ever said that they are not going to produce their own products, but just that they will be stopping the cultivation of flower and focusing on being an ingredient supplier. I believe they still planned on bringing their own line of products to market alongside those companies that they work with.  This deal certianly helps them do that succesfully

This was a terrible deal!!! If you actually think this was a good deal then you're smoking that acb cannabis lol. More and more debt, this is a never ending story for sproutly and I personally believe at some point they will claim bankruptcy because they are clearly over their heads

If you are a glass half empty kinda gal, then yes. You will see this as negative.  I'm a glass half full guy and has worked wonders in my life.  I see this as a great thing for the company. Gotta see past the first couple steps amigo.

Hey amigo, you do realize this is nearly few cents away from zero deniro correct? If this was a ground breaking company it would not be holding on a thin thread for the last 2yrs.

Tons of successful businesses started out this exact same way. You will be sproutlys number 1 fan before the year is up.

Any troll will disappear at the slightest sign of success.   That is their cowardly way.   Yell and scream when confidence is low and then run and hide whenever the confidence grows....  pathetic, but true

And what would be that success Blizzzy? If it is purchasing of the assets of Cannahive. What exactly are Cannahive's assets? Cannahive are consultants and middlemen. They don't own or make anything. What was the purchase price of those assets? How is Sproutly paying for those assets? This is the mystery of success I guess. I would assume it is more a collaboration and has no financial ...more

Future tense dumby, didn't even read beyond your first words cause you obviously didn't read my post very carefully and decided to fire off some shittt from that soap box you live on

Successes would be licensing , deals with Cannahive and CMG and after reading your post a little further I suggest you do some DD cause those machines are easy to find out about ... lots of info out there on them if you want to look

Does Dr. Sen have to buy into every company that utilizes the APP technology in order to get them to utilize it? If ,after five years, I can't get anybody to pay for the use of the technology then I'll pay them. I'll buy Cannahive and pay companies to make edibles but they have to use the APP technology. Seems to be the only way after five years that the technology gets utilized. Hey ...more
