She is debt ridden with no equity left to leverage, has lost it's investor confidence, has no fundamentals to keep her up, no leader to effectively lead a charge, and nor does she have any viable path left to profitability. IMHO Sproutly will breath her last breath before the years-end.

Spr was dead man walking once management led by  bozo dolo fked up the moose jv. Was it a pump n dump from the start is the question. Share price would say yes it was always a scam.

The company went public on a big promise of 'rapid onset and predictable offset". All he had to do was release a product with that 'feature', gain proof, experience and a foothold in the market, and then grow. That's what people wanted. In four years he never released this product. As soon as "Cannabis 2.0"  was legal in Canada, he should have had a product OUT

A mix of incompetence, arrogance, and self-serving interest. Arup should be ashamed, but knowing him, he is probably incapable of any self reflection.

I don't even think this is the case with Dolo. Arup has been leading this charge for a lot longer and the company has moved even further backwards. It would seem to me he is the problem here and always has been. I'm curious as to if Moosehead was killed because Arup's dealings with Kalo in the states benefited him personally more, so he chose IBS over being faithful to shareholders of

dolo was in charge when spr bought out ibs in Canada and did the jv deal with moose. He was making all the right deals but couldn't release a single product under his watch with the wind behind spr back. And investors never got a proper explanation wtf happened to the jv drinks. The drinks were supposed to be released end of 2019 way before the Covid shi t show.

That's exactly my point. He couldn't release a product then because Arup was the roadblock just like he is the roadblock now. It's why there still hasn't been a product release after all this time but we never stop hearing about how many formulations have been done. The fact of the matter was promises were made to shareholders of Sproutly. IBS was paid a significant amount of

The guy lives in Florida. I'm surprised he isn't being sued there by spr investors. I know many ppl r pissed for being screwed. Remember the smart money warrant holders at .10 and .08? Lol
