Good on you guys. It's about time you started seeing this guy for what he is. He enriched himself and his private business in the US off the backs of investors here during legalization.

All he has done since is push out the other executives, staff members, and board members to insulate himself from any scrutiny or criticism.

I don't know how successful a lawsuit could be in this situation but I do hope this man faces consequences for his actions.

The sleaze bag loaned spr money with interest. Then starts issuing himself shares to pay for that interest. Lmao how is that not conflict of interest?!
