STAG to aquire 8 Brazillian properties

St. Anthony Gold Corp. (STAG.c MTEHF) is set to change its name to Spark Energy Minerals Inc. to reflect its focus shift from gold to the battery metals sector.


STAG is also going to acquire a 75% interest in eight Brazilian exploration licenses, 6 lithium and 2 REEs properties from Foxfire Metals Pty.


In total STAG's Brazilian Portfolio will span over 12k hectares.

I think it needs to be seriously considered the major ground floor opportunity associated with STAG’s pivot to battery minerals - specifically their major portfolio acquisitions in Brazil. All of these (lithium) exploration licenses are in extreme proximity to Sigma lithium’s behemoth projects, only 38 km separating their projects.
