DigiMax Closes $5.1 Million Financing, Sees Strong Subscribe

On Friday Evening, DigiMax Global Solutions announced the closing of its final tranche of its non-brokered private placement. Gross proceeds of $3.0 million were raised within the tranche, bringing total proceeds from the financing to $5.1 million.
