No news on Definitive Agreement Altair International Corp .

According to Dec. 1st 2020 news, Altair International Corp. and SX have agreed to enter into a long form Definitive Agreement on or before February 5, 2021. Tomorrow is Feb 5th, and no sign of news...just to warn you that price will drop with no news.
