i always had my doubts of the insiders of this company. Years now an we are at 5 cents a reflection of a very bad performance .

At 5 cents today one must be wondering the situation cannot be that good. Is this company going tp fly or it's done?

Not to long ago i was hEARING we have the land, we have the technology wait and see bla , bla, bla and we are at 5 cents.

WTF !!

What is scary when you see 5 cents is that they can do a R/S or another PP further diluting the stock .

Anyone has any further comments ? where are we going with SX?

This is only my opinion but you asked  Managements business plan seems to keep going to the market to mine the shareholders.Trouble  with that is they will eventually  run out of other people's money to spent.I sucked up my loss and took my 7 cents a share and reinvested  in a company that is doing much better and I feel will keep doing  so Everyone must decide for

Yeah-I agree-things just not adding up. Not sure what to think of the recent insider transations. Warrants and shares issued privately @ 6-8 cents in early Sept. Debt to equity very good.Plenty of assets. Only 52k  cash @ last filing.Very concerning. At 280 mil issued and out-Financing will be needed soon.
