Where is the Y/E earnings release?

Why is nobody posting on this board concerned that the Year End was October 31 and it has been 3 months and the company hasn't released any year end financial results?  Usually, annual reports are released no more than 90 days after their fiscal year ends. 

Delays like this don't instill the kind of investor confidence that TAAT needs right now.

Earnings report due out this month...exact date unknown.  I got a return email response from Sam at TAAT about earnings...he stated Feb with no specific day.

I have posted about this before.  Next report should probably, at latest, be around end of March, maybe earlier.

Don't think they have any earnings to report just expenses and a good size loss which is expected for a new product company. So anxiously awaiting a report is not going to make you feel better.

Exactly...in terns of profit an revenue...their aint gonna be much!.....2nd quarter will be MUCH different!!!

Obviously the company is in a startup phase and it's not expected to have any earnings at this time, however, the year end report must be audited and it will provide a lot more information for investors than just the statement of REVENUE and EXPENSES.  You are wrong if you think experienced investors like me are not interested in the information that will be included in the Annual Report

I really dont think anyone gives a rats a$$ what happen prior to October 31!   The reality here is sales numbers for Q1.  The speed there going at right now is only acceptable on a Oval track or the Autobahn!! You sound a lot like one of those newbie investors I'm talking about who lose their shirts investing foolishly in spec-startup companies.  Yes, nobody cares about the 3rd QTR results but the Year End reports are going to provide a lot of useful information for investors who know how to read and intrepet that information. I  am here because I bought 35,000 TAAT shares and I expect to make a lot more money than I have so far but I won't hesitate to sell some or all of my shares if I uncover any "Red Flag" warning signs that spell trouble ahead for the SP.  I am not convinced as you are that TAAT is going to dominate the cigarette market.  TAAT has not even been tested yet on a widespread

So if TAAT's 3rd QTR ended July 31 and the year end was 3 months later on October 31, how may days have passed since then? November 30 days December 31 days January 31 days February 7 days 99 days by my count. You have a different count?

Hi mate. Well than call TAAT's IR and ask. Usually when they have a date for the earnings, wich comes with an Adhoc, and can't keep the official date, than the CSE or TSX would send the company a warning. And believe me, we would notice it in the share price. Now you can get really nervous, when a company pospones the earnings date........than you can wear Pampers. Look at the WIRECARD
