  Not yet ... as Setti has mentioned, because they are filled with hemp cannabis, legally they can only be sold in the dispensary shops, so he doesn't expect to sell in Canada until there is some legislative adjustment.

That clarifies it well. I can foresee legislation change in the not to distant future. In the meantime I understand there are ways around it. Trying to get some to family member trying to quit.
