cold chilling blow! Nope, do not feel it. Very poor arguments on her part and as such I will not get into a debate with "her" or even acknowledge the bs. If "she" wants to sell her shares then great, but not changing my mind on my 70,000 plus shares

Those points especially points  # 4, 5 and 6 were issues EVERY TAAT investor should conider.  Dismiss them, ignore them but you cannot refute them and you don't even try because they are valid points.  Saying they are BS reveals to readers

I can ignore them AND these points of arguments are very easily to refute. Any investor with a sound understanding of the company can dismiss these arguments all together. Wendy's account is pretty new and yours is new, so the only con game I see here is you.
