It takes 24 to 32 months to get a patent. It takes 6 to 8 weeks to acquire the nasdaq listing assuming it was filed correctly. Taat may have jumped the gun on that. Hence the delay. Better to have production ramped up first.

Unless they paid to expedite it. Could be issued within a 12 months from filing.
