I think once this deal is done we'll have a more positive vibe flowing. Just chilling at the moment , not sure about the majority but I'm not shedding any tears. Just an opinion. I have other thoughts regarding the deal but I'd rather keep them to myself. Positive thoughts. Cheers all.

Well here's my thought on the situation.   the market is in extreme volatility right now. Large  companies are reporting record earnings and the sp is doing nothing or even dropping.  so my theory is pretty simple. Settie sees this happening as everyone els does as well. So I'm going  to guess that he gave each of his wholesalers a very long payment date. If he ...more

Payment terms have no impact on revenue/income.  Once you ship it (unless it's on consignment), it's booked as revenue and income is generated.

I would assume It would be taken on consignment. They could have given there wholesalers a consignment term of 3 months and pushed all sales to be reflected in q2. Just a thought. No idea if that what truly happend.
