There are no health benefits to inhaling smoke.  Hemp cigarette smoke might contain fewer carcinogens than tobacco smoke but it has no health benefits and without nicotine to feed the tobacco smoker's addiction very few tobacco smokers will be switching to hemp for any longer than a trial period.
