TAAT cosumates the acquisition of HLND which is what stockholders have been clamouring for since February and the stock price crashes!

Even IF HLND was profitable before the TAAT purchase happened it's pretty much certain that the HLND-TAAT combination won't be seeing a quarterly profit anytime soon after TAAT lost $7.3 million in Q1 and $33 million in the last year. Well for a lot of us, we didn't expect  the share piece to rocket after the acquisition,  this was for peace of mind and restoring confidence in the company.  we now know what we needed to.  and the news this morning tells me these guys know taat will either be an extream success on its own, or they know somthing we do not ( maybe a major deal in the future ?).
