Texas Hemp Cigarette Ban!

Texas' Supreme Court restored a 2019 smokable-hemp ban, throwing out a lower court's rejection of the prohibition and outlawing any companies in the state that currently manufacture hemp products for smoking.

In case you didn't watch the Youtube video the Texas Law is effecting Only the Manufacturing of Hemp cigarettes in Texas not the selling of them if they come from elsewhere.

i see you are using the term TAAT'ers but I suspect you didn't invent that term but coppied it from one of Legend's Blog Posts.  Legend is the "thought" leader for everything related to this board and for every opinion about TAAT.  He's the no question about about it.  The proof is irrefutable despite how the pumpers try to trash Legend's excellent ...more
