What's goin on?
No management news on financials........far cry from July promise for transparency
Regarding the California menthol ban which covers tobacco... liquids....and even blunt wrappers and rolling papers.......with fines for retailers who carry these products there is no doubt in my mind that any retailer will require legal clarification of TAAT's exemption to the menthol ban.
I would hope that TAAT has requested and received written comfirmation from the California Dept of "whoever approves it" so that they can present this info to retailers.....if they haven't, do you think retailers will continue to carry the product? As a retailer, I know I wouldn't.
A confirmation from California would be big PR worthy news for TAAT, and investors....yet...nothing to date?.....or did I miss it?
Markets hate uncertainty....there seems to be quite a bit here right now!
...and on that note....Merry Christmas....
...yeah Tor....still retired.....but also intriqued nonetheless....

Does anyone really believe that the menthol ban won't include TAAT? If it includes liquids and rolling papers, hemp cigarettes is not a big stretch. I doubt big tobacco and the Juuls of the world will just accept their products being banned while Taat's product is not.

Don't say that, Froggy will have your head! Of course they will, and if they need to add something to ban the new kid on the block, they will do that quickly as just an amendment to the law. Betting on a law like this to jumpstart sales, especially when it is new and will be under the microscope, is foolhardy.

Agreed and the big drop in shareprice supports this. May not be cause/effect but more doubters than believers it would appear.

I think it's more about the addictive nature of nicotine/tobacco than menthol itself. Smoking is definitely not healthy but when you take away the addiction aspect there should be no opposition from govt. IMO

....and one might think the government would welcome an alternative such as Taat.....maybe?.....

Government: We don't care if it kills ya as long as it's not addictive. Sounds about right.

....as Im sure you know there are many things that we humans consume on a daily basis that are not good for us.....and the government benefits from the taxes collected on most of those things.....
