I wonder what affect it will have on distributors like ADCO and others. Are the stores stuck with the flavoured smokes or will the wholesaler take them back. Who takes the inventory losses here.

Great point. There is no ban in the Ohio area. ADCO is a regional distributor with 5,000 stores. I doubt this will affect them. If it does, they will just sell inventory or transfer to other stores. In California the distibuters and tobacco companies are buying back the excess inventories.
