How is it that a company with anticipated revenues of 87 million in 2021 according to May 20 ADCO aquisition PR...
"The acquisition of ADCO can also fortify our financial position as ADCO will continue distributing its standard convenience product lines, which collectively generated over CAD $87 million in net revenues in calendar 2021".
now requires a 100,000 loan in Dec and a follow up loan of 130,000 in Jan? Revenues falling far short of 92 million? Lines of credit maxed out? Remember the last quarter financials(17.4 million...annualized 70 million.... where revenues were lumped together making it impossible to know TAAT product sales? Remember this statement from the new CEO on July 19

New additional machinery expenses for https://jayvees.com/ above set budget. Cost over runs in this market happens. Short term loans are common if outside of budget parameters. Preferable to small PP.
