For everyone new:
On February 18, 2023, the Issuer’s wholly owned subsidiary TAAT International LLC filed
a voluntary petition for non-individuals filing for bankruptcy with the District of Nevada
under the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Code.

TAAT has 112,000,000 Deficit in the balance sheet! And they have yearly round about 30 Mio. cost. How much revenue need TAAT to be positive?
