Looks like oil going up again, which means gas going up. ADCO distribution
delivery expenses will most likely go up. If they use their vehicles or contract 
out, the gas bill will be going up, potentially squeezing the small margins already.

Didn't you post this before and it turned out fuel prices actually went from an all time high to MUCH lower at time of posting? All that aside, when fuel prices go up there is a fuel surtax companies charge their customers. That customer in turn charges the retail buyer. This is common practice. Not true at all. I know the industry as I worked in it. The company that pays the  fuel tax is the one paying the freight bill. And if it gets passed to the consumer,  with inflation and all, they just stop buying the products or cuts back and that means ADCO has less to ship and less business and less revenues.

Lingcod, you may or may not know the "industry" in another country but in the USA those fuel costs are passed along the chain. The retail consumer still buy products, they just moan about inflation like all consumers do.  If you scan c-stores you will know their sales are up, so that does not mesh well with your "opinion" that consumers via the c-stores environment ...more

No, I am talking about all ltl. Or do you even know what ltl means.  No, ADCO just admitted problems with distribution. Your made up numbers on taat sales do not come from taat, do not come from a news release, they come from made up numbers, period.
