Anybody can read the summaries, that's public for all. The summaries don't include the documentation. Yes you actually have to pay for that, like I do. Secondly you have to understand what you are reading. Tossing out buzz words and actually understanding the proceedings and motions is a whole other matter.

Do you think a trial lawyer would proceed to trial without documents. You think they show up in Court with a summary? The fact is you are reading the summaries because they are free.
