The Plan is as follows:
 TAAT International LLC offers $35,000 (less than $0.001 cent per dollar of liabilities of $16 million over 36 months or less.

Using the brand name TAAT, will sell to private label customers.

This is good in my books! $16 million off the books of TAAT Global Alternatives Inc and TAAT International LLC while at snails pace stays intact and in my opinion will be organic growth until such time it's favourable to pour funds into larger expansion.

In the meantime TAAT Global Alternatives Inc runs with next to zero liabilities to get Jayvees and more established and creating some nice revenue streams. 

Hopefully in profit by 2024!

Simply no legal truth in that. First, you cannot buy a non public document, so that shoots it down. Second, if you did buy a document, there are no legal paramaters around that.
