The Arbitration.
8. On or around May 11, 2022, Debtor filed a demand for arbitration against PBR styled
as TAAT International Inc. v. Professional Bull Riders, LLC, before the JAMS Arbitration Authority
in Denver, Colorado (“Arbitration”), asserting claims for breach of contract, civil theft, unjust
enrichment, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and for a declaratory judgment
against PBR, seeking a declaratory judgment that PBR breached the Sponsorship Agreement, entitling
Debtor to recission of and/or a refund of the monies paid under the Sponsorship Agreement, a refund
and disgorgement of all monies provided by Debtor to PBR under the Sponsorship Agreement, a pro-
rata refund for all events where PBR failed to perform, enhanced damages, including treble damages
and attorneys’ fees pursuant to status C.R.S. § 18-4-405, an award of prejudgment interest, and such
other and further relief as the arbitrator deems just and proper. See Exhibit 2 hereto for a true and
correct copy of Debtor’s Demand for Arbitration.

As can clearly be seen the basher/s on this thread knows nothing and try to re-write history,lol. Even a layman can see TAAT International LLC initiated against PBR some time ago, not the other way around as a certain poster claims. I have been waiting a long time to post this, just wanted to see the basher/s empty their powder first. I fully expect some sort of "fake news" etc reply but you can't argue against actual Court documents,lol.
