Some clarity to the blatant lies posted

PBR is not in a lawsuit with TAAT International LLC, that's a 100% straight up lie.

TAAT International LLC is not in a lawsuit with PBR, again a 100% lie.

TAAT International LLC did take PBR to arbitration in Colorado some time ago.

That proceeding is null & void since the start of TAAT International LLC voluntary Chapter 11 V filing in Feb.2023.

PBR is an UNSECURED creditor in TAAT International LLC Chapter 11 V filing, that should wrap up Aug.8.2023 with TAAT International LLC getting their Reorganization Plan approved by the Court.

These proceedings are NOT lawsuits , anybody with an ounce of rational thought or integrity would/should know this.

TAAT International LLC has NEVER hidden inventory assets, they clearly have a paper trail, most of which can be found in financials and/or news releases and Court filings.

The Judge never admonished TAAT International LLC in ANY way regarding inventory, NEVER.

PBR also NEVER accused TAAT International LLC of hiding ANY assets, this is a complete 100% story made up by a poster on SH.

I'm sure said poster will hide behind an excuse that they were voicing their "opinion".

@Malibu, maybe you should inform yourself about the candian hemp law and how you are allowed to sell hemp/ cbd products in canada.  THEN you would know that Taat would not have been allowed to sell their  "cbd" smokes in canada by themself, but they would need a partner for the canadian market. CLC would be a partner, that COULD get the approvel by health canada to sell Taat

You are correct. Everything taat has announced has materialized.  Even the BC Securities Commission forced taat to correct 2 of their lies to the public. First was claim they were going into Austria,  second was their false claim that they were going on Nasdaq.
