It is well known by now that the marijuana industry is getting crushed. There are many reasons for this, take your pick.
The offshoot products from hemp, such as Delta products etc are gaining traction. Months ago the marijuana industry launched a war against hemp derived Delta etc products. They cried to lawmakers with their lobbyists trying to wipe out hemp derived Delta etc products.
At the time I said the marijuana industry is going to lose that battle and they are. I mentioned all lawmakers wanted from Delta etc products was proper advertising to keep the products from kids and lab testing to keep consumers safe.
That framework is what lawmakers are now using. Look at the recent States that have made hemp derived Delta etc products LEGAL with legislation that keeps the products from kids and includes lab testing, both mandates I fully support.
