Once again an empty shell public company rents a building and tells grandiose stories of what they plan on doing, and for a brief period of time the financially challenged in our society assign them a market cap over $250 million based on that? Yes, it is pure insanity but as long as there are fools with money and con-men to target them, then this game will never end.
