This is the first time in my life that a news agency changed the news release. We are getting it corrected now. This is really horrible as it is only $3.5 MM at 0.28c, any other convert has to be 20% above market price at time of convert. So really out of the 17.5 MM only 3.5 MM cause any dilution. That is what took so long on this deal was to prevent a huge dilute now or in the future.
