Halleran was interviewed on MSE yesterday.I accept Arthurs apology for the totally bungled financing but am betting he`ll get it right on Dec.17th.
Yes I bashed Arthur and deservedly so as this stock would likely be well north of $1/share now had he financed differently.
Anyway I`ve turned the page and hope others will as well.

We should all get used to the fact that on Dec. 17th.............Art is going to introduce his friends at Echelon............who will be rolling out another 75 million shares and 75 million warrants at 18 or 20 cents..........in exchange for $15 million dollars. This will put the diluted share count up to 330 million fully diluted................. This fact should be put into any investment
