RE:Warrants
No that's not what I'm thinking.
With Trillion so close to production, this time, it occurred to me that it would be a good take-over candidate for a big public or private equity firm. Since there might be some minor producion risk involved, it might be more logical to assume that a private equity firm takeover would be a more likely scenario. They are the bigger risk takers. They are not afraid to take a chance (venture capital).
But a public company might be willing take the plunge, since Trillion is such a value play with some good cash flow, about to come on stream.
With good management, this company could be a valuable asset for a bigger player and for many years, yet to come.
With stocks as cheap as they are now becoming, I would expect that a lot of acquisitions are about to happen in the next few months. It must be a hard choice to make since everything of value is being sold, so rapidly down. These are crazy times!
A lot of Trillion shares have been trading recently and a company willing to make the move might prefer to acquire their 20% of the company's shares, before making such an announcement. They might not yet have a sufficient number of cheap shares. But we would have no idea how long they might have been buying in. They only need 74.4 million (20% of the company's 371.4 million shares to make the most potential profit).
Clearly most of the retail investors on this board have been selling, not buying, perhaps naively thinking that they are all going get back in, at the best price, on the bottom.
I just think that I am not the only retail investor here, thinking along these same kind of lines.
That's why I am starting to conclude that these cheap warrants might be looking extremely good!
A takeover company has to pay top dollar for the warrants!
Perhaps I should keep my mouth shut on this one for the sake of wiser buyers, but I don't have the necessary deep pockets anyway. Everyone should understand!
It's just speculation for now. But it's something to think about!
I'm not selling.
All the best! Java
