I have heared and agree that thouse pipelines are toast now. They now are full  of  SALT water,even a quick fix would be ify now,but under so much water would be imposible .  Don`t count on them now,the USA should be sued into the toillet for ths, and it was them  no doubt.                     ps,  i thought they were such enviro  stuwards of CLEAN envirow chit,    this is an evironmental catastrophe,    and  again,   thanks  USA,    bloody  yes very bloody  morrons.

Unlikely the US if it was sabotage.  Russia maybe.  As for salt water, undersea pipelines often get leaks, and are repaired by various methods depending on the severity.
