Then why did today's news release say that the well that they're working on produced 9.78 bcf since 2011 !!

in  2011  i think.. rockit it has not been producing for some time...it was shut in because the price of nat gas back then went real low.  this was the production back then...and will be again  imo  and theres when it is tied in. so that gas will be a money maker now for us.
