My thoughts on a buyout or takeover are, it's very very unlikely, especially at this stage, during a drilling campaign. It would be different if they were up to full speed, but we're not there yet. The cause and effect to swapping partners now, would be such a headache for the TPAO. Pretty sure they don't want or need that right now. There's most likely some kind of provision or clause in the original agreement that protects them from any thing of that nature anyways, as far as being taken out. Also pretty sure TCF knows what they're sitting on. Not really sure how the agreement's written, but most likely TPAO is steering the ship anyways with there 51%. And with that extra one percent, I think if it came down to it, they'd be the only one getting it all.

Besides, how do you put a number on this and what exactly are we getting for that.

Art has said that after the second and third well  the  financial bunch can  crunch the numbers...and by then  they will know TCF is for real....and the bigger money  will be coming in.

I think as well, most companies will be playing it safe. No one likes uncertainty.     It's like taking your car on a mile long stretch of road, putting a blind fold on and telling yourself as long as I keep the steering wheel straight, I should make it to the end ---- right? Or take the blind fold of so the picture becomes clear. Pretty sure most companies aren't in a gambling

Imho.  No chance of a buyout except for the existing partners in SASB. This is way to small potatoes for anyone looking internationally. However at the prices they are getting it makeshreat cash. The big question is what do they do with the cash once the dust settles so to speak. Massive divy?, look for a bigger prize exploration wise? Thats the question

And I might add at a much higher valuation and sp . Yes two wells so far but with every well = more production = more SSSSS . And yes only takes one motherload big azz pool of Nat/Gas in one well and as Clouder would say WELL and I would say BOOM lol. Right.

Ya, so we would love to have a BIG AZZ   DISCOVERY, but even these medium size ones bring in a TON OF MONEY, 15 WELLS to go  .EiTHER way its GEM.    I would like to think that is the direction we go, DRILL,  DRILL, DRILL, we have CASH FLOW, with partial infrastructure in place, high gas prices, etc. TCF IS sitting on a POOL OF GAS.  Volume has kind of dried up
